
Paralegal (Privacy & Legal)

- Draft, review, revise, and support negotiation of a broad range of commercial contracts, including:
- Data processing agreements
- Marketing, influencer, public relations, and advertising purchase agreements
- SaaS, technology, analytics, research, and development agreements
- Payments, licensing, product integration, and events
- Recruiting, consulting, and other general vendor agreements
- Help maintain templates, playbooks, and contract lifecycle workflows
- Review new laws, regulations and decisions, and prepare briefings for the team.
- Provide administrative and project support to global Privacy program operations.
- You have a law degree from a top accredited university and/or a privacy certification (e.g. CIPP/E, CIPM) and/or paralegal training.
- 2-4 years of experience in a legal role (in-house or at a firm), ideally with exposure to both contracts and privacy/data protection.
- Fluency in French is a strong plus.
- You are digitally literate, preferably with a proficiency in Google Workspace.
- You are comfortable with and interested in applying AI tools in your everyday work, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Zoom AI Companion to automate repetitive tasks and improve output quality such as in drafting documents, generating structured outputs and improving workflows.
- Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
