What You Need to Know:Matrix Recruitment are seeking a Senior Onboarding Project Coordinator for our client, a global financial services leader in Dublin City Centre.This is a 12-month contract opportunity offering you the chance to take ownership of complex projects, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with dynamic internal teams at the heart of the industry.Your New Job:As Senior Onboarding Project Coordinator, you will lead and manage multifaceted onboarding projects, ensuring compliance with governance standards throughout. You'll serve as a bridge between clients and internal service delivery teams, facilitate changes to operating models, and oversee project escalations to resolution.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex onboarding projects, adhering to all governance requirements
  • Foster strong client relationships by truly understanding business needs and expectations
  • Work closely with internal service delivery teams
  • Coordinate internal discussions and secure necessary sign-offs for operating model changes
  • Escalate and manage project issues through to resolution
What Are We Looking For?:
  • Previous experience in a project focussed role
  • Detailed knowledge of hedge fund administration and service delivery
  • Experience in at least one key Alternative Investment Services function such as Custody/Trustee, Transfer Agency, or Fund Accounting
  • Track record of meeting deadlines in demanding situations
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and team orientation
  • Proven ability to drive change with innovative thinking
