Reception/Administration Assistant required to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Receptionist/ Administration Assistant include: Taking calls and messages Passing on messages to relevant person Greeting parents and children Prepare and maintain staff sign in book Liaise with accounts department re: fees and food shopping Ensure all delivery's are correct and signed for Prepare Order forms for materials & cleaning products Maintain filing Photocopying laminating Printing Reception Cover Be willing to participate in mandatory and QQI training to further career goal.
