- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and stock control to ensure product availability.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Experience in electrical wholesale or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of electrical products and market trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
