- To work as a Senior Grade Social Worker in line with team service plans and objectives and within established professional standards, guidelines and policy.
- To support assessment and interventions in line with the principles of Children's Disability Network Teams.
- To work as part of the Children's Disability Network Team to provide therapeutic services to children and young people (0 -18 years) with a range of complex needs arising from a disability and who are living within the Community Health Organisation. There will be a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary teamwork and family-centred practice as per the principles of Progressing Disabilities for Children and Young People.
- 3 years post-qualification experience minimum
- Experience of working with children with complex needs
- Must be registered or eligible for registration with the Social Work Register maintained by the Social Work Registration Board at CORU
- Must maintain live registration in the Social Work Register maintained by the Social Work Registration Board at CORU
- Valid working rights for Ireland (sponsorship is not available)
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Experience with working with children and families.
- Range: €61,440 to €79,126 (experience dependent)

- 35 hours per week
