- Assist in menu planning, stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and safety regulations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory catering or hospitality role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Flexible, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
