Responsibilities of the Catering Supervisor

Supervise daily operations across dining areas, café, shop, and kitchenettes
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and healthcare standards
Lead, and support the catering team
Oversee rosters and staffing levels
Support specialised dietary needs, including modified and allergen diets
Monitor food quality, service standards, and waste
Conduct audits and maintain accurate records
Assist with events and handle feedback professionally

Requirements of the Catering Supervisor

At least 1 year’s supervisory experience in catering or hospitality
Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
Experience in high-volume service environments
Proven team leadership and organisational skills
Healthcare or specialised diet experience is an advantage
Full right to work in Ireland
