Job Overview:We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and proactive Warehouse Operative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general warehouse duties, hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck license, and possess a full driving license. This role involves both warehouse operations and occasional driving or delivery tasks, depending on operational needs.Key Responsibilities:

Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles using a counterbalance forklift
Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
Ensuring all products are stored safely and securely
Assisting with incoming deliveries and checking goods against delivery notes
Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organized
Driving company vehicles to deliver or collect goods when required
Following all health and safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

Proven experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck license.
Full driving license with a clean driving record
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when required
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
Flexibility to work overtime or occasional weekends if required
