This facility, home to 61 residents, provides high-quality, person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment.We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their team and contribute to maintaining exceptional standards of care.Responsibilities:

Deliver safe and effective nursing care to residents in accordance with best practice.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
Administer medications and monitor resident health and well-being.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
Support residents' dignity, privacy, and independence.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with NMBI registration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring and empathetic nature.
Previous experience in care of the elderly is desirable but not essential.
