Finance Business Partner (FMCG)Armont Recruitment have partnered with a global FMCG organisation seeking an ambitious Finance Business Partner to join their growing finance team based in north Dublin.This newly created role reports directly to the Finance Director and is responsible for leading finance operations, enhancing operational efficiency and partnering with key stakeholders to streamline processes across the organisation.This position is ideal for a commercially minded, qualified accountant with a minimum of 3+ years' PQE in industry, who is seeking a new challenge within a leading global organisation.The Role
  • Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement strategies to boost productivity and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial systems, policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyse financial and operational processes to ensure strong performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost control and reduce unnecessary spend.
  • Lead and develop site teams to support operational and supply-chain excellence.
  • Conduct cost-accounting analysis to understand product, process and departmental cost drivers.
  • Implement standard costing, variance analysis and cost-tracking methods to support decision-making.
  • Produce ad-hoc financial and operational reports as needed.
The Candidate
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with minimum 3+ years PQE within industry
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, manufacturing or supply chain sector
  • Must have strong stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in systems and technology
  • Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
