Come & Join us at Donnybrook Fair!We are looking for a fully flexible, full time Bakery/Deli Assistant for our Malahide store.If you have strong teamwork skills and take pride in doing a great job, and want to work for an exciting and growing company then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.This is full time position, please do not apply if you cannot work 30+hours per week or start as early as 6am throughout the week!Key Responsibilities:

Baking pastries/Scratch bread
Ensuring Bakery department is appropriately presented at all times
Help in deli dept in the busy periods of the day
Ensuring safe food handling and full HACCP compliance
Day to day cleaning and maintenance of the deli/bakery
Providing the best customer service at all times
Food preparation & waste management
Assist customers with queries regarding bakery/deli products
Strong attention to detail, organized and flexible

Ideal Candidate:

1+ years previous Bakery or Deli or similar experience is required
Legally allowed to work over 30 hrs per week
Available for 6am starts for any day of the week, 5/7
Good Understanding of HACCP
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of the team
Passion for food
