An ChĂșirt Hotel is a 4* family run hotel known for exceptional guest service and warm hospitality. We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist / Reservations Agent to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued guests.About the roleKey Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out proceduresHandle reservations via phone, email, and online booking platformsProvide accurate information about rooms, rates, facilities, and local attractionsManage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalismProcess payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfactionUphold hotel standards of service and presentation at all timesRequirements:Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or front desk (preferred but not essential)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with hotel booking systems and MS Office (training provided if necessary)Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work as part of a teamFlexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageTraining and career development opportunitiesFriendly and supportive team environmentStaff discounts on accommodation and servicesAbout the companyA family-run hotel & bar group owned and managed by the Gallen Family.Required Criteria
