HireForce is working with an Irish company who are for a Project Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and detail-oriented, implementing these qualities through a variety of tasks ranging from project administration and financial support.Responsibilities include:
  • Manage communication with stakeholders via phone and email;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders;
  • Support manager in communication, development and roll out of relevant programmes with stakeholders;
  • Support record-keeping and assist in the preparation of reports;
  • Prepare invoices for submission to relevant parties;
  • Monitor accounts and ensuring timely payments from customers;
  • Managing audits as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • 3 years' experience in previous role;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Well-organised and pro-active individual.
