- Manage communication with stakeholders via phone and email;
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders;
- Support manager in communication, development and roll out of relevant programmes with stakeholders;
- Support record-keeping and assist in the preparation of reports;
- Prepare invoices for submission to relevant parties;
- Monitor accounts and ensuring timely payments from customers;
- Managing audits as required.
- 3 years' experience in previous role;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Well-organised and pro-active individual.
