Channel Activation Manager- Permanent PositionLocation: Co. Kildare (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)Reports To: Head of MarketingCPL Marketing are working with a well-established Retail organisation based in Co. Kildare are seeking a passionate Retail Marketing Manager to lead strategy development and execution across multiple channels. This role is perfect for a results-driven marketer with a strong background in omnichannel and marketing, looking to make a real impact in a dynamic environment. This person will drive the development of channel marketing strategies, manage budgets, and lead a high-performing team to achieve KPIs across stockists and online platform.Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement Channel Marketing strategies to grow sales and market share.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring collaboration and excellent campaign execution.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales and footfall.
Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
Analysis & Reporting: Measure campaign effectiveness and use data to optimise strategies and improve ROI.

Requirements:

7+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in channel marketing and team management.
Strong knowledge of omnichannel and eCommerce strategies.
Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
