Essentials: Proven experience as Contracts Manager delivering new build large-scale projects; minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience; main building contractor experience is essential.

- Lead and manage project delivery teams with full responsibility for all construction activities.
- Deliver projects in line with agreed programmes and budgets, maintaining a detailed understanding of project plans and cost controls.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure seamless design development and installation.
- Champion a strong health and safety culture through the implementation of safe working practices and compliance with company standards.
- Drive continuous improvement across project teams by implementing best practices and operational efficiencies.
- Manage project resourcing, ensuring teams have the right skills, motivation, and leadership in place.
- Develop, retain, and identify future talent to support current and future project requirements.
