Management Accountant - Manufacturing - County TipperaryOur client, an Irish manufacturing organisation with a strong reputation for quality, sustainability, and operational excellence is seeking to appoint a commercially focused finance professional to join its team. Operating state-of-the-art production facilities in County Tipperary, the business continues to invest in advanced manufacturing technology and product innovation, supplying both domestic and international markets. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing finance function within a dynamic, process-driven manufacturing environment.The RoleReporting into senior finance leadership, this role will partner closely with operations and commercial teams to drive performance, improve margins, and provide meaningful financial insight across the manufacturing business.Key Responsibilities

Deliver detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting, including production variances and inventory analysis
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial outlook processes, highlighting risks and opportunities
Develop and refine financial planning models to support accurate forecasting and strategic decision-making
Maintain and enhance margin reporting and cost allocation methodologies
Analyse and evaluate manufacturing costs and margin proposals for new product initiatives
Partner with operations to support process optimisation and cost efficiency initiatives
Monitor capital expenditure spend and report on project performance
Support inventory costing and control processes
Contribute to cross-functional business improvement projects
Drive product margin enhancement and operational performance improvements
Provide detailed financial analysis to support senior leadership decision-making
Assist in meeting internal and external audit requirements

About You

Professionally qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
3+ years' experience in a similar finance role
Experience working cross-functionally with operations and commercial teams
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting
