As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.Responsibilities
  • Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and key performance indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate excellent value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
  • Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth targets.
  • Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
  • Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
Requirements:Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in a business related field.
  • 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Experience in developing strategies under imperfect information to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience using the sales lifecycle to drive business.
  • Ability to work separately and proactively in a constantly evolving environment, effectively managing resources across all levels of the value chain.
