Ensure the storeā¬,,s scanning systems are operated efficiently and effectively at all times and provide accurate and timely information to management.The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs
- Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

- Ensure integrity of product information and pricing
- Print required daily reports and take appropriate action
- Manage pricing and setup of in-store promotions
- Ensure backup of systems are completed daily
- Ensure the correct cost price is against local suppliers
- Understand the importance of the role and how it can impact on the store
- Attend relevant training as required and implement learnings in store
