Sales & Design Consultant

• Meet with clients to understand their kitchen design requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Provide expert advice on layout, materials, finishes, and appliances to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen designs.
• Develop detailed kitchen layouts, floor plans, and 3D renderings using design software.
• Present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making adjustments as needed.
• Recommend appropriate cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and other kitchen components based on client preferences and project requirements.
• Provide product samples and pricing information to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Prepare and present sales quotations and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to secure contracts and achieve sales targets.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Achieve KPIs, and work closely with the surveying, manufacturing and installation teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout.

• Proven sales experience, with a strong ability to close deals and a passion for customer service.
• Previous experience working as a kitchen designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency using digital design CAD software (such as ArtiCAD, 2020, or AutoCAD).
• Background in design, engineering, architecture, or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all stages of the process.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Important to be available to work Saturdays and flexible with working hours when necessary.
