This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for the automotive industry and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in French while addressing their inquiries and supporting their automotive needs.Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and warranty information via phone, email, and live chat in French.
Provide detailed information about vehicle features, promotions, and financing options.
Assist customers with booking services, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to enhance the customer experience.
Stay updated on automotive trends and product knowledge to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements

Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a remote environment.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
