Aureol Global Connections is looking for a dedicated Pipefitter Supervisor to lead our pipefitting team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing pipefitting operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications. You will provide hands-on supervision, technical guidance, and support to team members while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily activities of pipefitters and coordinate workflow to meet project deadlines.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide the installation and maintenance of piping systems.
  • Train, mentor, and support pipefitting staff to enhance skills and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks of completed work.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare progress reports.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in pipefitting preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in pipefitting, including supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in pipefitting.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and relevant pipefitting certifications.
