To maintain our high standards at all times
Ensuring function areas and rooms are set up as specified and to high standards
Responsible for the recruitment of the C&B team
Ensure that all guests have a truly memorable and unforgettable experience
Redevelop C&B needs to satisfy customer demands in line with industry trends
Supervise the C&B team to execute all aspects of looking after our guests in our grand ballroom or any of our other five meeting rooms.
