This is a varied, rewarding, and physically active role that involves:
  • Supporting the people we work with to lead their own lives-we follow their lead
  • Leading the shift - managing whatever the day brings and you will have first line management responsibility for staff on shift
  • Following agreed support plans and risk assessments to keep everyone safe
  • Acting in a key working role with people we support to assist them to achieve their goals
  • Building strong, respectful relationships to help create memorable, rewarding days
💪 What We're Looking ForWe are looking for compassionate CORU Registered Team Leader with valid driving licenses and at least 1 year of management/supervisory experience in Health & Social Care who are able to:
  • Work calmly and confidently in a service that may involve incidents of behaviours that challenge
  • Follow agreed support plans and risk assessments to keep everyone safe
  • Provide practical care with warmth, kindness, and dignity
  • Work independently or as part of a team
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with the people we support
🎓 Training and SupportAll new staff will receive full training on personal care and positive behaviour support, including how to safely use personal safety techniques in line with our organisational training.We also offer:
