Business Development Manager - IrelandRemote with client travel | Full-time, PermanentLocation: Ireland (Dublin-based or commutable within 1 hour of key client sites)Red Sky Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a leading global provider of data centre solutions, currently expanding their presence across Ireland. We are looking for a hungry, self-motivated Business Development Manager to help drive sales and build relationships within this fast-moving, high-growth sector.About the Role
  • This is a newly created role focused on generating and converting new business opportunities across the Irish market. The client is open-minded on experience - they're looking for someone confident, hungry, and eager to make their mark.
  • Key responsibilities will include:Identifying and approaching potential clients within the data centre, tech, or built environment sectors
  • Attending face-to-face meetings
  • Building strong commercial relationships with technical and procurement stakeholders
  • Following up on inbound leads and supporting tender processes
  • Working closely with the wider European sales team
About You
  • Based in Ireland (ideally Dublin or surrounding areas)
  • Full driving licence and own transport
  • Confident communicator, proactive, and target-driven
  • Not afraid to knock on doors and open up new conversations
  • Tech-savvy and open to learning about data centre infrastructure solutions
  • Previous sales or field-based BD experience is beneficial but not essential
