
HSE - Service Transition Specialist

- Managing the end-to-end Service Transition process for new or updated services, from project kick-off to acceptance into live operations.
- Coordinating with the MMS team to ensure readiness for new services, including documentation, training, knowledge sharing, and support handover.
- Acting as the Change Manager, owning the full lifecycle of HSE Change Requests-ensuring changes are planned, approved, implemented, and reviewed effectively.
- Facilitating Change Advisory Boards in collaboration with the HSE and relevant third parties.
- Maintaining and continuously improving transition and change management processes to optimise delivery and minimise service impact.
- Supporting operational reporting, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to align service delivery with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
- Ensuring that each service transition is fully tracked, quality assured, and supported by defined policies and procedures.
