A Gorman Flooring is hiring a Retail Assistant!Are you a highly motivated and experienced retail professional with a passion for flooring and excellent customer service? A Gorman Flooring, located at 15 Austin Friar Street in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, is seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant to join our team.Key Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with their flooring needs, providing expert advice on our range of products.
Processing sales and managing inventory.
Maintaining the showroom to a high standard.
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Accurately calculating measurements and costs for customer orders.
Assisting with deliveries and stock management, including manual handling of goods.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a hardware or flooring retail environment.
Proven expertise in calculation and measurement.
A full, clean driving license is essential.
Must have a Manual Handling Certificate and Safe Pass course completed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
