
Associate Director - Geo-Environmental

- Provide technical leadership and oversight on contaminated land and hydrogeology projects
- Manage the delivery of large-scale projects, including budgeting, resourcing, and client liaison
- Review key technical documentation, including PSA, GQRA, and DQRA reports
- Lead business development initiatives and contribute to strategic growth planning
- Mentor junior staff and support team development
- Support tender submissions and manage framework agreements
- You hold a BSc in Geology or a related environmental discipline; an MSc is advantageous
- You bring relevant experience, ideally in contaminated land or hydrogeology
- You are ideally chartered or working towards chartership with a recognised professional body
- You possess strong report review, project management, and communication skills
- You have a proven track record in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects
- Experience in geotechnical investigations is beneficial but not essential
