- Support the delivery of the HRIS implementation plan across all rollout phases.
- Assist in preparing and validating HR data before and after migration into the new HRIS, checking for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Support the migration of employee documents
- Maintain confidentiality and handle employee data in line with data protection requirements.
- Assist with go-live planning and post-implementation support for each rollout phase.
- Assist with project administration, including maintaining trackers, meeting notes, and project documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, training sessions and rollout activities with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Develop user guidance materials, FAQs, and quick reference documents.
- Ensure project documents, guides, and records are kept up to date and stored appropriately, to support Head office and Country rollouts
- Support user acceptance testing by logging outcomes and tracking issues through to resolution.
- Act as a first point of contact for HRIS project-related queries from staff and managers.
- Provide practical support to users during implementation, including responding to questions and helping resolve straightforward system issues.
- Log, track, and follow up user queries and issues, ensuring they are resolved or escalated appropriately.
- Help gather user feedback to improve system adoption for future rollout phases.
- Support the preparation and distribution of project communications and updates.
- Provide support with ad hoc tasks as they arise
- Role Holder Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel and comfortable with working with a range of systems and processes.
- HR qualification (CIPD or Equivalent) would be preferred with significant relevant experience working in an HR department
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and systems.
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills.
- Prior project experience
- Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in French or Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
