
Litigation Lawyer – Insurance Sector – Dublin, Ireland

- Manage a caseload of litigation files.
- Provide legal advice on litigation and pre-litigation matters.
- Handle discoveries, mediations, settlements and court appearances.
- Draft pleadings, briefs and other court documents.
- Support strategic projects to enhance litigation functions.
- Engage with business partners across the organisation and participate in team meetings.
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with at least 4 years’ PQE in litigation (insurance defence preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent drafting and legal reasoning abilities.
- Solid understanding of court procedures.
- Ability to manage workloads independently and work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in legal and document management software.
