Realtime are looking for Operational Risk Specialist to support and build a Risk & Control Infrastructure aligned with best practice. You will Provide Operational Risk Management support, including Information Security & Cyber Risk, Model Risk, & 3rd Party Risk. – Flexible hybrid workingSkills & Responsibilities– 3 + years’ experience in a Risk role with operational risk & a variety of business models.
– Strong operational risk Experience
– Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
– Experience with GRC systems.
– Financial Services Regulation: CBI, FCA, EBA…
– Risk monitoring, reporting & analysis across Operational Risk.
– Responsible for reporting to governance Committees.
– Drive process improvement and innovation.
– Ensure Risk Management Framework is embedded and continually monitor.
– Promote risk awareness across the business to create a positive risk culture.
