- Manage the sale, lease, and acquisition of commercial properties within the company's portfolio.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential investment opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to assess property value, market positioning, and potential renovations or improvements.
- Negotiate lease agreements, contracts, and other legal documents with tenants, landlords, and third-party vendors.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and buyers for available properties.
- Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and due diligence processes with interested parties.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on commercial real estate matters, including property valuations, lease negotiations, and investment analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of property transactions, lease agreements, and tenant communications.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices related to commercial real estate.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, brokers, and other professionals as needed to support property transactions.
- Relevant Degree and Licence to work in Ireland the the property sector.
- The ability to close deals is an absolute must have.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Estate Agent in Ireland or similar role in the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate principles, practices, and market dynamics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data, perform property valuations, and assess investment opportunities.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate management software.
- Familiarity with property management principles and leasing procedures.
