With a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, they are committed to delivering exceptional value to their clients and stakeholders. As they continue to expand operations, they we are seeking a skilled and dedicated In-House Commercial Estate Agent to join and lead a team to manage their property transactions internally.You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial property transactions, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, new and existing tenants to maximize the value of their Commercial properties and identify new growth opportunities.On successful hire, your duties and responsibilities will include:

Manage the sale, lease, and acquisition of commercial properties within the company's portfolio.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential investment opportunities and market trends.
Collaborate with the senior management team to assess property value, market positioning, and potential renovations or improvements.
Negotiate lease agreements, contracts, and other legal documents with tenants, landlords, and third-party vendors.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and buyers for available properties.
Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and due diligence processes with interested parties.
Provide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on commercial real estate matters, including property valuations, lease negotiations, and investment analysis.
Maintain accurate records of property transactions, lease agreements, and tenant communications.
Stay updated on relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices related to commercial real estate.
Liaise with external legal counsel, brokers, and other professionals as needed to support property transactions.

To be considered for interview, your skills and experience will include:

Relevant Degree and Licence to work in Ireland the the property sector.
The ability to close deals is an absolute must have.
Proven experience as a Commercial Estate Agent in Ireland or similar role in the real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate principles, practices, and market dynamics.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze financial data, perform property valuations, and assess investment opportunities.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate management software.
Familiarity with property management principles and leasing procedures.
