Location: Galway
Expected start date: June 2024In your day-to-day, your tasks will be:
- Contribute towards the support and continuous development of the online store "Partner Benefits Catalog" (PBC)
- Provide operational support for the PBC, new service creation and dispatch of requests.
- Work with product owner to document future requirements
- Help design and participate in testing to ensure smooth deployment of enhancements
- Participate in the scrum team meetings to assist in prioritizing items and providing support as necessary
- Work with Development teams during the sprint cycles to clarify business requirements and assist as necessary
- Contribute to other tasks and projects as required
- Enrollment as student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, applicable to the related field.
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English,
- Provide support for the online catalog the Partner benefits Catalog (PBC), new service creation and Partner order administration
- Contribute towards continuous development of the PBC
- An interest in web design and e-commerce platforms would be an advantage
- Work with product owner to document future requirements
- Participate in the scrum team meetings to assist in prioritizing items and providing support as necessary
- Work with Development teams during the sprint cycles to clarify business requirements and assist as necessary Help design and participate in testing to ensure smooth deployment of enhancements
- Participate in other tasks and initiatives as necessary.
- This position requires no specific work experience. Previous experience as intern or working student in a related position is advantageous.
