Project Director - Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical Projects

- Take full accountability for the delivery of major pharmaceutical / biotech projects or multiple projects simultaneously
- Provide strategic input to the growth of the Life Sciences division in Northern Europe
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards
- Drive commercial performance – maximise project margins, cost control, and risk management
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary project teams
- Build and maintain long-term client and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee tenders, procurement, subcontractor management, and negotiations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Act as a key representative for the business with clients, consultants, and industry bodies
- 10+ years’ senior project management experience in pharmaceutical / biotech construction
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (EPC/EPCM)
- Proven track record delivering complex life sciences facilities (cGMP, cleanrooms, laboratories, manufacturing)
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships at the highest level
- Experience across semiconductors, data centres, or battery plants advantageous
