Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.An exciting opportunity has arisen to join DET’s Technical Communication team and gain hands-on experience across a broad range of marketing and technical disciplines, including email development, CRM administration, and digital communication strategy.Reporting to the Tech Lead, the CRM & Email Manager will be primarily responsible for developing and deploying internal-facing marketing communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Slack Apps. You will author, manage, and optimize internal communications across EMEA and other global markets, while also supporting internal engagement through digital channels such as our internal blog and employee event registrations.In addition to email development, this role has a secondary focus on the administration and development of our internal Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM—supporting teams across Public Relations, internal comms, and other business functions. This includes maintaining user access, configuring features, and building advanced tools such as CRM Flows, AI Agents, Data Cloud segments, and automation frameworks to help streamline communications and operational processes.
This is a unique hybrid role blending marketing technology, CRM operations, and internal communications.Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)Partner with internal stakeholders to execute email campaigns targeting employees across EMEA regionManage Salesforce Marketing Cloud email operations: setup, testing, deployment, and reportingCode and customize branded HTML email templates within brand guidelinesCollaborate with design and content teams to optimize email creative assetsBuild Cloud Pages registration forms to support internal campaignsSend internal notifications through Slack Apps using approved workflowsImplement email best practices and stay current on email marketing trendsCRM Administration (Salesforce Sales Cloud)Act as internal administrator for DET’s Salesforce Sales Cloud instance used by internal teams and PRCreate and maintain user profiles, permissions, and access for employeesBuild custom Flows, dashboards, and automation to streamline internal processesLeverage Salesforce AI tools (e.g., Agentforce, Einstein) to enhance internal user experiences and deliver intelligent workflowsSegment audiences using Data Cloud tools for targeted internal communicationsHelp evolve internal CRM strategies for employees and implement scalable processesPartner with internal tech and compliance and data privacy teams to maintain CRM data quality, accuracy, and governanceRequired Skills6+ years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or Database MarketingDegree or equivalent relevant experience required.
