- Grow our business by strengthening relationships with existing clients and supporting expansion into new markets
- Conducting activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
- Leading / project managing all stages of projects involving the design, procurement, supervision, and certification of new Buildings & Infrastructure projects.
- Working as part of multi-disciplinary design teams in the delivery of Buildings & Infrastructure projects.
- Providing structural engineering technical expertise and mentoring young engineers.
- Providing a high-quality service to our clients in the Public and Private Sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Team Player with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work closely with Clients to achieve high levels of satisfaction and win-win outcomes.
- Project Management - Extensive experience in all aspects of delivering projects and programmes of work, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control. Experience of leading, coaching and training project managers.
- Possess a high level of technical capability and experience in the use of structural and civil engineering design software.
- Track record of working on Building & Infrastructure projects in a collaborative BIM environment.
- Experience in bid management is advantageous.
- A Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Level 8) as a minimum; a Masters qualification (Level 9) is advantageous.
- Associate = Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience
- Principal Engineer = Minimum of 9 years' relevant experience
- Chartered Engineer status (CEng, MICE or equivalent).
- Hold a clean driving licence
