- Lead and manage a production team of over 60 employees across multiple production lines.
- Oversee all aspects of production, from raw material processing to chilling, freezing, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure all products meet strict quality standards and tight production timelines.
- Manage shift performance, ensuring targets are met across production output, stock management, quality control, and health & safety compliance.
- Maintain a structured approach to production planning, problem-solving, and contingency management to ensure seamless operations.
- 5+ years’ experience in production supervision or management within the food industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills capable of motivating and developing staff.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities, capable of adapting to shifting priorities.
