With a strong track record of technical excellence, safety, and innovation, they continue to grow across Ireland and the UK.About Your New JobYou will work as an Electrical Package Manager responsible for leading the delivery of electrical packages on major projects. This role will see you manage subcontractors, oversee delivery schedules, and act as a key point of contact for clients. A strong focus on reporting, communication, and leadership is required, with particular emphasis on building strong customer relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes.Some of your duties will include:
  • Managing the electrical package delivery with emphasis on MV, LV, and controls systems.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and site teams to ensure programme and specification compliance.
  • Preparing and delivering accurate project progress reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Acting as a key customer-facing representative, maintaining strong client engagement.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety procedures and electrical quality standards.
  • Reviewing electrical drawings, identifying risks, and resolving coordination issues with other packages.
  • Monitoring budgets, resources, and variations with the support of the commercial team.
  • Leading and attending progress meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
What Skills & Requirements You NeedDegree or trade qualification in an electrical related discipline.
