Cpl Healthcare is delighted to announce their partnership with a reputable service, who's mission it is to assist young people in reaching their full potential and integrate into the community. Due to our client's expansion, we are currently recruiting for Deputy Social Care Managers for permanent roles in Laois in two services: Preparation for Leaving Care and Separated Children Seeking International Protection.The chosen candidate will provide a direct service to young people under the age of 12 as directed by the policies and procedures set out by our client.To be considered for the role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

Relevant Qualification in Social Care (minimum level 7)

Strong knowledge surrounding child protection, HIQA and the ability to provide strong leadership to support a staff team of Social Care Workers and Leaders

Minimum of 3 years' experience post qualification work experience in Children's Residential Services

Full Clean Driver's License preferred
