Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a closely related field. Proven experience in designing and integrating security and automation systems, with a focus on device configuration and seamless network integration. Strong knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, RS485) and proprietary security technologies. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and advanced configuration software for troubleshooting. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to complex technical scenarios. Desirable: Hands-on experience with IoT technologies in security applications. Familiarity with Irish and EU regulatory standards for security systems and electronic networks. Relevant certifications in security or network technologies (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+). Location and Work Schedule: Based in Limerick, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.
