- Drive incremental revenue growth from the Agencies we manage in market across Germany, Nordics and NL (this will be a combination of big six and independents)
- Build relationships at the c-level and educate agencies to master the Pinterest ad platform and maximize success for their partners
- Manage, develop, motivate and grow our talented Agency sales team across your key markets - managing the bi-annual review cycles, and ongoing development and talent management
- Partner closely with Pinterest Sales Managers and leadership to execute the agency strategy in conjunction with the Enterprise and SMB sales teams' priorities
- Working closely with our Global Agency team to identify local market opportunities and align on agency go-to-market strategies
- Build, negotiate and close annual commercial partnerships with assigned agency networks following central guidelines and policies in collaboration with our Commercial team
- Prove demonstrable impact of the agency team's work using an effective combination of metrics and market feedback
- Continually keep agencies updated with new Pinterest ad offerings so they can present new offerings to partners
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to agency relationships
- Work cross-functionally to help Pinterest build a world-class advertising platform
- Help to shape our Agency investment plans and our evolving Global strategy for driving growth from the Agency channel
- 15+ years Digital advertising agency and/or Agency Sales experience, working specifically with media agencies to deliver quarterly revenue targets
- 10+ years experience leading, developing and building high performing teams
- Demonstrative capabilities in implementing sales strategies into the holdco and opco level of a media agency network, showing a strong understanding of agency operating models and structures
- Some experience of the defined markets, with German language capability an advantage
- Experience working with executive-level business leaders within agency organizations with a customer focus
- An existing network of senior agency contacts is preferred
- Proven track record of managing commercial partnerships, ensuring accountability from internal xfn and agency stakeholders to deliver on annual goals
- Strong communication skills and analytical capabilities, managing quotas a requirement
- An independent, business-focused creative thinker who is excited to work with leading agency partners and help shape our global strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues
- Proven ability to build actionable strategies founded in data and insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent experience
