Join one of Ireland's leading Main Contractors as a Quantity Surveyor based in Dublin 12 with occasional site visits. Our client has a broad portfolio of successfully completed landmark projects across a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Refurbishment, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.Due to growth and expansion with a number of recent project wins across the Commercial and Residential sector, a new position has become available within the company for a Quantity Surveyor. The company have a pipeline of work guaranteed for the next 4 years.Your Role will Involve:

Preparation and monitoring of cashflow.
Assist in the preparation of final accounts.
Cost monitoring and reporting.
Assess tender enquiries and review tender project analysis.
Management of subcontractor re-measurement, interim and final account payments.
Compiling variations and the variation log.

What we are looking for:

3rd level Qualification in Quantity Surveying
4+ years' experience in a similar position.
