- Support planning and delivery for major third-party conferences across the DACH, Nordics, and Benelux regions
- Manage booth logistics, shipping, swag, staffing schedules, and vendor coordination
- Oversee lead capture, onsite execution, troubleshooting, and brand compliance
- Execute post-event workflows including Salesforce uploads, segmentation, and campaign attribution
- Own the full follow-up process with Sales teams and post-event reporting
- Build and maintain scalable documentation and playbooks
- Track timelines and deliverables with event organisers and production vendors
- Maintain alignment and clear communication across stakeholders
- Ensure brand standards and operational excellence are maintained
- Assist with logistics and brand execution for various activations
- Own clean and timely import of leads with proper Salesforce attribution
- Support Sales teams in follow-up motions and path-to-pipeline reporting
- Continue to iterate and scale owned events
- Partner with Field Marketing, Sales and Operations to align on goals and data workflows
- Support pre- and post-event communications
- 2-4 years' experience in field marketing or B2B event coordination
- Hands-on experience with trade show logistics and onsite execution
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-moving environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Notion, Slack, and event tools (e.g. Splash)
- Clear communicator with a passion for delivering standout brand experiences
- Ability to manage production agencies and event ROI reporting
- Familiarity with SaaS pipeline drivers and campaign attribution
