- Act as the primary contact in IT Services to promote and ensure compliance with the change management process regionally.
- Chair Change Advisory Boards and Business Units, responsible for overseeing change approval.
- Conduct monitoring and quality reviews of change records
- Maintain compliance with documentation standards.
- Review and approve new Standard Change templates.
- Own and communicate IT change timetable.
- Ensures appropriate tool access privileges and drives necessary updates from suppliers.
- Performs Post-Implementation Reviews
- Manages Business Unit change stakeholders and CAB attendees.
- Drives Continuous Service Improvement initiatives with Stakeholders.
- Report Change KPIs, ensuring alignment with Incident and Problem management processes.
- Minimum 3 years in a service delivery role in a large firm with responsibility for vendor management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong ITIL knowledge and experience in best practice frameworks like ITIL.
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure, application technologies, and cloud environments.
- Ability to handle complex situations, escalations, and difficult conversations.
- Proficient in Change Management tools and techniques, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proven track record of building relationships with diverse stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, with an assertive and proactive attitude.
- 3rd Level degree in a related discipline from a recognised institution
