Job Title: Construction Site Manager - High-Rise ResidentialLocation: Cork CitySalary: €75k plus company vehicle,pension, bonus etcCompany: Tier 1 Irish Main ContractorAbout the RoleOur client, a leading Tier 1 Irish contractor with a strong portfolio of landmark projects, is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale high-rise apartment development in Cork City. This is a key role for a proven leader with the technical expertise and organisational skills to manage complex residential builds to the highest safety, quality, and programme standards.Key Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day site operations on a high-rise apartment project.
Manage subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Drive health & safety compliance, implementing and enforcing company policies across the site.
Monitor quality control and ensure work is carried out to the required specifications.
Develop and manage site programmes, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Liaise with the Project Manager, Design Teams, and Clients to resolve issues promptly.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the site team to achieve best performance.

Requirements

Minimum 8+ years' experience as a Site Manager
Proven track record in managing large-scale residential or high-rise developments.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building regulations in Ireland.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant construction qualification (Degree, Diploma, or Trade background).
A results-driven approach with the ability to thrive under pressure.
