- Supporting the daily operations of the restaurant
- Supervising and motivating the team during service
- Helping manage staff scheduling and rotas
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering
- Maintaining HACCP and food safety standards
- Delivering excellent customer service and guest experience
- Supporting the restaurant’s financial performance and KPIs
- Liaising with our reservations and operations teams
- Ensuring group bookings and events run smoothly
- Has at least 2 years’ experience in a hospitality management/supervisory role
- Is confident leading and motivating a team
- Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Has strong customer service instincts
- Understands KPIs, service standards and operational control
- Has a strong knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP
- Communicates clearly and works well with both team members and guests
