- Supporting HR regarding time sheets and employee safety documents
- Client Coordination.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding maintenance schedules, system inspections, and any required repairs.
- Documentation and Compliance.
- Team Supervision and Training.
- Emergency Response and Support.
- System Upgrades.
- Customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of progress applications & Invoicing.
- Understanding of client needs & requirements.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the requirements of the client are delivered.
- Good financial & numerical skills.
- Competent skills in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel.
- SAP experience advantageous.
