- To manage the development and execution of an effective marketing and communications plan to enhance brand presence in the market at a national and dealer level.
- To ensure consistent execution of the brand guidelines across all customer touch-points working in collaboration with the wider team.
- Measure performance contributing to sales leads, sales, market share, profitability customer satisfaction and brand image objectives.
- Working with the Marketing Manager, participate in the Media Strategy Planning on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Write creative and media agency briefs for all campaigns ensuring campaigns are aligned to business, marketing objectives and brand and model guidelines.
- Ensure all campaigns are adapted and approved in line with brand guidelines and required approval processes
- Ensure all marketing communications materials are aligned to media and communications plans
- Provide input and approve all media and non-media materials including website, CRM & PRM, POS materials, brochures, price documentation
- Working with the Brand Campaign & Social Media Manager, provide input, direct and approve all social media activity
- Manage all sponsorships - media and non-media plans
- Manage all events, both internal and external to ensure all events are aligned to brand guidelines and within budget.
- Provide input and validate all PR activities
- New Launches - to participate in the development of launch campaigns, events and materials for new models, adapting and approving for the Irish market
- Interface and liaison with global Marketing and Communications teams
- Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders including the wider Marketing team, Product/Supply, Sales/Fleet and Aftersales teams to develop marketing campaign plans and other ad-hoc campaigns as required.
- Ensure budgets are controlled effectively through regular monitoring and re-forecasts with the Marketing Manager and the finance team.

- This role requires the skills of a creative individual who can successfully communicate vision and manage the timely delivery of marketing communication plans to maximise commercial opportunity.
- Ability to influence at a senior level with excellent negotiating skills.
