Overview:General OperativesLir Chocolates Factory - Temporary/Seasonal VacanciesStarting October 2025 in Navan, County MeathJoin the team at Lir Chocolates! We're seeking dedicated General Operatives to join us in temporary, seasonal roles. As a General Operative, you'll either work in production or packing, working on a factory line performing operational tasks, adhering to health and safety standards, ensuring product quality, andcommunicating effectively with team members.Various shift patterns are available:

Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:30 (Days)
Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 16:30 (Days)
Monday - Friday 2.30 - 01:00 (Nights)

Rate of pay for the above shifts: €13.50 per hour

Friday - Sunday 6am - 6.30pm - £14.04 per hour
Friday - Sunday 6pm - 6.30am - £14.58 per hour

Responsibilities:Operate production line machinery safely and efficiently (after training).Pack, weigh, and label products according to company standards.Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues.Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised work area.Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.Carry out routine cleaning of equipment and production areas.Assist with loading/unloading materials and moving stock as required.Accurately complete any necessary production or quality records.Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets.Follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors.Be flexible and willing to support different areas of production as needed.Adhere to all health and safety guidelines. Qualifications:

Ability to work on own initiative whilst working as part of a team.
A good attitude and approach to work.
Ability to communicate - verbal, written and reading.
Punctual and Hardworking.
