Job DescriptionFinishing Foreman - Dublin 4Education build projectPermanent Position with long term opportunitiesSalary: Up to €75kBenefits: Electric Vehicle, 26 days holiday, 8% pension, healthcare, further education etcWe are currently sourcing an experienced Finishing Foreman on behalf of our client who are the largest multinational Construction company in Ireland. This company have extensive expertise in the delivery of many of Ireland's flagship building projects.Role responsibilities:

Oversee high head count construction sites and sub-contractors.
Manage daily site operations to meet targets and quality standards.
Coordinate and monitor sub-contractor workflow against project schedules.
Ensure project is delivered on time, within budget, and complies with Health & Safety.

Requirements

Trade Qualification or Construction Related Degree
Knowledge of latest Building regulations and standards
Previous experience employed with a Main contractor on Medium to large scale projects
5+ years of Finishing Foreman experience
