Quality Manager

• As the Quality Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Quality and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• You will champion QHS compliance and culture across the manufacturing site, ensuring adherence to relevant ISO standards and H&S legislation.
• You will manage customer and internal audits (including management reviews), oversee investigations of incidents, and ensure proper documentation and statistical analysis for monthly reports.
• You will support and train employees regarding QHS standards, organize safety audits, risk assessments, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are both implemented and communicated.
• You will work with all levels of the business to drive site performance, upskill colleagues, and implement initiatives that mitigate risk and elevate overall quality and safety.

• 3rd level qualification in Quality and Compliance Standards or equivalent is essential.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar Quality role (some H&S management exposure required).
• Experience with ISO standards (internal auditor qualification is a plus).
• Background in the packaging industry, and experience with pharmaceutical or medical device sectors highly desirable.
• Proven experience conducting investigations, audits, inspections, compiling reports, and implementing corrective measures.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency with IT systems and technology for managing and streamlining H&S and Quality functions.
• Full Irish drivers’ licence required.
