We have multiple roles available focusing on both adult disability services and children in foster care.What We OfferRelocation Package:Flights reimbursed (up to €300).Accommodation & transport supportProfessional Support:Full support for CORU registration.Comprehensive induction and ongoing clinical training. * Dedicated Relocation Coordinator to assist with arrival and settling.Strict Requirements & ExperienceTo be considered for these roles, you must strictly meet the following criteria:

Minimum Experience:

Adult Services: 3+ months of experience with disabilities, autism, or similar conditions.
Children's Services: 3+ months experience supporting 8 to 18-year-olds in protective environments.

Nationality & Eligibility: EU / UK Passport Holders Only.Qualifications: * Bachelors or Masters Degree in Social Work or SocialEducation.Note: For adult services, candidates will initially be offered DirectSupport Worker (DSW) roles with the corresponding salary while awaiting CORU registration to practice in Ireland.Driving License: A Full Manual Driving License is mandatory.Key Responsibilities

Care & Support: Provide high-quality care to clients with various conditions, including intellectual disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries.
Children's Advocacy: Support children (8-18 years) in foster care, fostering a protective environment for their recovery.
Assessment & Planning: Collaborate on clinical assessments and behavior plans to support individual progress.
Development: Facilitate educational activities and social engagement to promote patient independence.
Safety & Compliance: Document progress, liaise with professionals, and ensure the highest standards of safety and confidentiality.
